By accessing or using the Transaction Action Network ("TAN," "the Network"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Network.
Membership in TAN is granted at our discretion and may be revoked at any time for violation of these terms or conduct deemed detrimental to the community. You must be at least 18 years old to join.
The $2.00 monthly fee is a network access fee. It is non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change the fee with 30 days notice. The fee is a signal-quality mechanism, not a purchase of goods or services.
You agree to: treat all members with respect, not share network content outside the network without permission, not use the network for spam or solicitation, not engage in illegal activity, and not attempt to breach network security.
All content shared within TAN, including frameworks, resources, and discussions, is for member use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission from the content creator.
TAN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Network. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from network participation.
Either party may terminate membership at any time. Upon termination, your access will be revoked within a reasonable timeframe. Content you contributed may remain visible to other members.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with standard commercial arbitration rules.
